Executive Director

Washington County Health Partners, Inc., hired Lee Rutledge-Falcione as its first and current Executive Director on October 1, 2001. Ms. Rutledge-Falcione holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Her Bachelor of Science degree is in Biology from Cornell University, New York. Prior to joining WCHP, Inc., Ms. Rutledge-Falcione was employed as an Evaluation Specialist by Great Lakes Behavioral Research Institute; and as a Project Director by Tripp Umbach and Associates, Inc. A native of Washington County, Ms. Rutledge-Falcione currently resides in Washington, PA.


Tobacco Control Coordinator

Washington County Health Partners, Inc., hired Marsha A. Morrison as its first Administrative Assistant on December 3, 2001. Ms. Morrison was promoted to Tobacco Control Coordinator on May 1, 2002. Ms. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Social Sciences in Secondary Education from California University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining WCHP, Inc., Ms. Morrison was employed as an Customer Service Representative by Waste Management; and as a Field Service Representative by American General. A native of Washington County, Ms. Morrison currently resides in Washington, PA.


Administrative Assistant

Washington County Health Partners, Inc. hired Reverend Hugh L. Wallace III in March, 2005. Reverend Wallace also serves as an Associate Pastor at the Mount Olive Baptist Church in Canonsburg. Reverend Wallace currently resides in Washington, PA.


Community Wellness Coordinator/Tobacco Free Specialist

Washington County Health Partners, Inc., hired Mary Alice Hoyer as the part-time Community Wellness Coordinator on October 1, 2002. On December 9, 2002, Ms. Hoyer was hired as the part-time Tobacco Free Specialist making her a full time employee. Ms. Hoyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and a Master of Science Degree in Health Sciences, both from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining WCHP, Inc., Ms. Hoyer had participated in a Summer Internship at Community Action Southwest in Washington, PA. A native of Washington County, Ms. Hoyer currently resides in Lawrence, PA.


Tobacco Free Outreach Specialist

Washington County Health Partners, Inc., hired Craig Whyel as the Tobacco Free Outreach Specialist in August, 2005. Mr. Whyel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing and a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies, both from California University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Whyel was employed by the American Red Cross, and for Heston Consulting. A native of Washington County, Mr. Whyel currently resides in Belle Vernon, PA.
