December 1, 2013--WCHP Goes Virtual!
WCHP is completely "virtual" as of December 1, 2013. That means that all of our computer files are "in the cloud" and we can access them at anytime, anywhere (provided WiFi is available or an iPhone 5 hot spot)! We (and volunteers) moved all of our office furniture into storage provided gratis by one of our Board members. The staff (Mary, Judi and Lee) have home offices in which to work when not meeting with project teams to implement and evaluate community health programs. A P.O. Box (1432) was opened at the Washington Post Office for mail. We're keeping our main number, 724-222-6511 for voice mail and continuity, but we've changed our fax number to 1-877-487-2539.
WCHP held its Annual Public Meeting and Board Meeting at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Activity Areas I and II of Presbyterian SeniorCare. WCHP's 12-13 Annual Report was released and a presentation was given outlining activities during the 12-13 Fiscal Year.
